DSC's very reasonably priced combination of an integrated suite of services (anti-virus, hard disk monitoring) is great and the live US-based, patient, and knowledgeable service team speaks clearly and doesn't try to load you down with costly unneeded services like too many IT call centers do.

I have Daily Safety Check on another PC I've had for several years. They have always taken care of any issues promptly. Now I have a new PC and wouldn't think of having any other security and anti vrus. Had to make sure DSC was loaded before doing any banking or loading any docs! Great peace of mind!! Did I mention the techs are awesome??!!

Sometimes I turn on computer, but screen is blank; usually have to wait 6 hours, or more, before I can get computer to work. Have not yet detected a pattern, but when I do (if not before), I will bring it to you to see if you can resolve issue! Everything else seems to be AOK!

Go into the NKC T-Mobile business to have the old laptop get a good once over, and end up buying a rehabbed Lenovo laptop. Love the PC and support provided by Yaz who transferred all of the data from the old to the new the same day. "You will feel served when you leave this family operation as they aim to please."
