I love your customer service. My computer kept refusing to take the antivirus software, even after turning off my firewall, etc. Your staff used remote access to fix the issue, install the antivirus software, and even throw in some malware for extra measure! I'm so glad I don't have to worry about my computer now - when my internet provider told me it would no longer provide antivirus for my computer I went to PC Magazine to find out who would be best. They were right! Thank you again : )
